How to Order Art Prints and Tile

How to Buy Art Prints

You can order Artsy Craftsy prints in three ways:

  • Buy Art Prints Online: Follow the thumbnail image to the individual product page. Choose

    Add to Cart

    from the product page to select size and shipping options. You will have the option to return to Artsy Craftsy to continue shopping. We ship globally, to most countries.

  • Order by email: Contact us and tell us:
    - the prints you wish to order
    - your shipping address and contact phone number
    - how fast you need it

    and we'll send you a Paypal invoice for the total amount. You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer with Paypal.

  • Order by mail: Contact us and tell us:
    - the prints or sample tiles you wish to order
    - your shipping address and contact phone number
    - how fast you need it

    and we'll call you or send you an email invoice for the total amount. You can send us a check to:

    and we'll send your prints out to you, usually within a few days.

How to Order Tile

Many prints are also available as a tile panels (see sample panels and mural).

Because we make each tile panel or mural for you, we do not accept returns on tile. You will want a sample tile to be sure it will work in your installation. We subtract the price of the sample tile from the cost of shipping your order, so in many cases, your shipping will already be covered.

  1. Contact us and tell us:
    - the prints or sample tiles you wish to order
    - your shipping address and contact phone number.
    - whether you are interested in a panel or mural
    - the general area you want to cover
    - your email address

    We'll send you an invoice for a sample tile and an estimate based on the information you gave us.

    - the mural or panel you wish to order
    - your shipping address and contact information. On most orders, we require a signature at delivery time.
    - how fast you need it

    We'll send you a confirmation email with tile size, overall panel or mural size, and how long it will take.

  3. Send a deposit (U.S. check or international money order) for $50 or 15% of your panel or mural (whichever is greater):

    We won't dislike you if you change your mind. However, changes of heart do cost us in lost time and materials so deposits are non-refundable.

    We'll send you an email confirmation to let you know when you can expect your tiles so be sure to include a valid email address.

  4. Arrange Payment and Shipping When your panel is near ready to ship, we'll contact you by email with shipping options and balance due.

      Ways to Pay

      We accept payments
      - by check or money order or
      - we can send you a Paypal invoice for the balance.

    Of course, we subtract your deposit and the price of your sample tile if you ordered one (and you should!).


Replacement Tiles

Yes, we'll make replacement tile for panels and murals you purchased from us. As there is some variation, please send us some of the broken shards so that we can try to match the color.

Tiles Damaged in Shipping

We pack very carefully but if a tile is broken in shipping, we'll make another for you and send it right off.

Broken Tiles

Installed tile is pretty touch, but if life happens down the road and you need to replace a tile, you can send us the shards and we'll do our best to match the color and solve it for you.
